Huellas Invisibles (Invisible Footprints) formed in November of 2008 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic by Frank Grullón (singer, acoustic guitar, and lyricist), Thomas Bisonó (drums), Beto García (electric guitar) and Ariel Sánchez (bass guitar, producer). Their debut single, "Nuestra Historia de Amor" was well received both locally and internationally. The You Tube video for the song received over 190,000 thousand plays and numerous comments from all over Latin America.
The group’s first album "Lagrimas" (Tears) contains original songs, composed entirely by the band. Lagrimas was produced by Ariel Sánchez, and mastered by the Grammy Award winning Master Engineer José Blanco, whose work includes artists such as, Reik, Alejandro Fernández, and Belanova,. “Lagrimas” was edited with the help of New York based urban record label B.N. Records.
In 2010 the band participated in a historic tribute concert for Dominican composer Anthony Rios, "Historia de un Bohemio" (Story of a Bohemian). Huellas Invisibles was one among a select group of the most important artists in the Dominican Republic rock and pop scene participating in the concert at the Hard Rock Café in Santo Domingo The event was produced by Frank Grullon and B.N. records and musically produced by Ariel Sánchez. This successful event gained the band a nomination for a Casandra Award, a prestigious Dominican Award honoring excellence in art and culture. The success of the first concert led to a second concert at El Salon la Fiesta del Hotel Jaragua, with an expanded artist lineup and an album "Historia de un Bohemio" which became one of the best selling albums in the Dominican Republic in 2011.
The third single "Cantemos Otra Cancion" featuring the Dominican solo artist and Grammy Nominee Pavel Núñez, has been well received and Huellas Invisibles is considered by many to be one of the most promising Latin Pop acts of 2011.
Huellas Invisibles has shared the stage with popular Dominican Artist such as: Prince Royce, Anthony Rios, Doble T y Crok (Los Pepes), Alex Sensation, Toque Profundo, Pavel Núñez, Yunel Cruz, El Prodigio, Vicente García, Cristal Marie, Bocatabú and others.
In 2011, the band is focused on spreading their music in the United States, with the help of TWO WAY BOOKING AND MANAGEMENT and B.N. Records.
