Local 34's Favorite SUBWAY® Sandwich

Big Philly Cheesesteak

Pop/Tropical band based in the city of Miami, Florida and composed by Aneudy Lara (Dominican Republic), Mauricio Nava (Venezuela), Dario Morillo (Venezuela) y Alfredo Vado (Nicaragua) enjoys great reception by the fans thanks to its innovative style, the quality of their songs and energy on stage.

Their first official single, “No Me Importa Na” became a hit thanks in part to an excellent music video produced in the city of Miami. It is still continuously played through the most important television stations in the United States including Univision, Telemundo, MTV, Mun2, HTV, LATV among others. Their second single titled Que Pena is getting just as much attention by the media and is already a hit at night clubs everywhere. It has been released just a month before the band’s first album “Localizate” hits stores June 28, 2011.

The band has performed at some of the most important venues in cities such as New York, Boston, Miami, Orlando, Washington DC, Chicago, Los Angeles and have shared the stage with Latin music stars Reik, Daddy Yankee, Fanny Lu, Elvis Crespo, Amigos Invisibles, Diana Reyes, Chichi Peralta & Hector Acosta among others.

Also, they have received high profile awards including Premio Estrella Music Awards for Best Tropical Fusion in Miami; “Vive tu Musica” by 5 Gum in Los Angeles for best band in the United States before judges Beto Cuevas, Reik and Leila Cobo (Executive Director at Billboard) and “Tu Ciudad, Tu Musica” by Burger King in Miami for band of the year.

Band member Aneudy Lara made his acting debut on Telemundo’s soap opera “Mas Sabe el Diablo”, in which he embodied the character “El Mocho” receiving favorable reviews. He also appears on the publicity campaigns for entities such as Hennessy, Malibu Rum, McDonald’s, Burger King and Bose as well as on music videos by Chino y Nacho and Ricky Martin.

Self proclaimed as Miami’s New Sound and accepted as such by their fans, Local 34 is here to stay now with the guidance of industry leader SESAC.
